6. Delivery

Products are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer when ordering. Order processing time is 24 to 48 business hours .
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Generally, delivery takes between 2 and 5 business days in mainland France.
Caliane cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen events or errors on the part of carriers.

7. Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days after receiving your order to return a product, provided that it is unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Personalized or intimate products are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is found.
