Return and Refund Policy
At Caliane , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return policy.
1. Return conditions

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return one or more products to us.

Products must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Personalized products (such as engraved jewelry) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
2. How to make a return

To initiate a return, please contact us at caliane@outlook.be specifying your order number , the product to be returned and the reason for the return.

Once your return request is validated, we will send you detailed instructions for returning your product.

(Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.)
3. Condition of returned products

Returned products must be in their original condition , i.e. undamaged, unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

If we find that the returned product does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return and not issue a refund.
4. Reimbursement

Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund request within 5 to 10 business days .

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be issued directly to your PayPal account.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different model or size, we encourage you to place a new order on our website. Once the original product has been returned and refunded, you can easily make the exchange.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you have received a defective product or an incorrect order , please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at caliane@outlook.be with photos of the defective or incorrect product.

We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement product or issue a full refund if necessary.
7. Non-returnable items
The following products cannot be returned:

Personalized products (engraved, custom-made, etc.)

Gift cards

Intimate or personal care products for hygiene reasons (except in the case of a manufacturing defect).
