Return and Refund Policy

At Caliane , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return policy.


1. Return conditions

  • You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return one or more products to us.

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

  • Personalized products (such as engraved jewelry) cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.


2. How to make a return

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at caliane@outlook.be specifying your order number , the product to be returned and the reason for the return.

  • Once your return request is validated, we will send you detailed instructions for returning your product.

  • Return the products to the following address:

    (Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.)


3. Condition of returned products

  • Returned products must be in their original condition , i.e. undamaged, unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • If we find that the returned product does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return and not issue a refund.


4. Reimbursement

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund request within 5 to 10 business days .

  • The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be issued directly to your PayPal account.

  • Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.


5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange a product for a different model or size, we encourage you to place a new order on our website. Once the original product has been returned and refunded, you can easily make the exchange.


6. Defective or Incorrect Products

  • If you have received a defective product or an incorrect order , please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at caliane@outlook.be with photos of the defective or incorrect product.

  • We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement product or issue a full refund if necessary.


7. Non-returnable items

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Personalized products (engraved, custom-made, etc.)

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate or personal care products for hygiene reasons (except in the case of a manufacturing defect).
